Software License Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a software license, we will refund your money, less any shipping and handling fees, as long as the return is made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Also,

  • For BrainWare SAFARI purchases, a refund will not be provided if more than 35 levels of the program have been completed.
  • For SkateKids or Ramps To Reading, a refund will not be provided if more than 2 hours of use have been recorded.

Assessment Purchases (e.g., Mindprint)

In general, we do not offer refunds on assessments.  However, if you feel that our services did not meet your expectations, please contact us so we can address your concerns.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Training Course Purchases
