Cognitive Training in a New Hires Program at a Multi-National Corporation

|Assessment||General Adult Measure of Abilities (GAMA) and Self-Evaluation|
Summary of Findings: The New Hires program, combining BrainWare SAFARI cognitive skills development with intensive job content training resulted in a greater success rate in this facility of new hires maintaining the requirements for continued employment. The trainees increased their self-assessed skills during this time and also showed increases on the sequence, analogies and construction areas of the GAMA.
