Subjects      48 new hires, male and female, ages 20-48, two cohorts
Usage 5 sessions per week, 30 minutes per session, 4-5 weeks
Assessment General Adult Measure of Abilities (GAMA) and Self-Evaluation

Summary of Findings:  The New Hires program, combining BrainWare SAFARI cognitive skills development with intensive job content training resulted in a greater success rate in this facility of new hires maintaining the requirements for continued employment.  The trainees increased their self-assessed skills during this time and also showed increases on the sequence, analogies and construction areas of the GAMA.
