BrainWare Cognitive Rating Scale (Ages 6-8)

This is the BrainWare Cognitive Rating Scale you should complete AFTER your child has played BrainWare SAFARI for about 4 months, according to the recommended protocol of 3 to 5 times per week, 30-60 minutes per session.
