SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
The New Hires program, combining BrainWare SAFARI cognitive skills development with intensive job content training resulted in a greater success rate in this facility of new hires maintaining the requirements for continued employment. The trainees increased their self-assessed skills during this time and also showed increases on the sequence, analogies and construction areas of the GAMA.
