The Brain: Webinar for Broad Creek Middle School
Tammy Scot’s 8th-grade students at Broad Creek Middle School are exploring neuroscience and invited Betsy Hill,BrainWare Learning Company’s president, to provide a presentation for the students via Nepris, a platform that connects teachers and students with the right industry experts virtually without having to spend much planning time or leaving the classroom.
In the presentation, Ms. Hill and the students discussed a variety of neuromyths, how we know what parts of the brain do, how the brain changes when we learn and the role of sleep in learning.
